My name is Noelani (Noe for short) and I’m a health & wellness coach living in the San Francisco Bay Area.
My focus is simple: elevate and sustain a high performance lifestyle that brings joy, good health, confidence, and fulfillment. It is possible to succeed AND keep your health intact, maintain positive relationships, and live a life fully engaged.
Growing up as a competitive athlete, optimizing my performance was all I ever cared about. Practice - Game - More practice - Repeat. However, I was solely focused on striving to perform better at my sport, not considering how important it was to also optimize my sleep, nutrition, and connection with others. I was able to elevate my performance, but unable to sustain it, resulting in physical injuries, mental overload, and emotional burnout. I was driven, committed, and well-disciplined at my sport, but this wasn’t enough to continue an upward trend of personal growth and development.
So here’s what I’ve learned. You can’t consistently perform at your best, if you’ve driven yourself into the ground. In order to sustain your performance you need habits that support your physical, mental, and emotional health. This applies to all walks of life. Without balance, it can be difficult to tap into your full potential both personally and professionally.
As a health coach, it is my mission to help others create a high performance lifestyle. My approach involves finding balance in the mind, brain, and body through nutrition, movement, mindfulness, Bio/Neurofeedback training, and habit transformation.
Together we will create habits meant to support sleep, energy, stress reduction, movement, executive function, emotional well-being, and higher states of consciousness.
